Study of dE/dx Measurements with the CMS Tracker

چکیده

We report in this note a study of particle identification by pulse height information in the CMS tracker, in the context of isolated tracks as well as tracks inside a hadron jet. We have used the simulation package CMSIM and the tracker layout described in the Technical Design Report.
